Applying for the Romero Open Enrollment Act
The application usually becomes available during the fall. However, every school district has its own application and process. Some school districts can decide to waive the December 31st deadline, please contact the school district you wish to apply to in order to find out about their application requirements and deadlines.
When will I know/get an answer about your application?
The school district (to which you are applying) is required to notify you in writing whether your application has been accepted or rejected. If your application is rejected, you should be notified of the reasons for the rejection.
